Manage SMTP Settings

  1. Click the arrow located to the right of your username.
  2. Select Update Profile.



  3. Click SMTP from the navigation and Add New.
  4. Add SMTP Settings:
    “Title” – Important when setting up multiple email addresses. Ie. “Personal”, “Work” etc.
    Email Signature – This signature will be visible when using this SMTP to send an email from FranchiseSoft. You can cut and paste this in from your email service.
    SMTP Email Settings – Add the name and email address you would like to display when someone receives an email.



  5. Don’t forget to save!
  6. Repeat step 3 to 5 for additional SMTP Settings.
