What is the Directory?

The Directory allows users to store and find important contact information such as names, addresses and telephone numbers that are sub-divided into contact types. FranchiseSoft comes with standard contacts types, however, you can create custom contact types to fit your needs. Track communication and activity within each record and use the contact types for marketing purposes.
