View Failed SMS Messages

How to view Failed SMS List:
- Click Admin on the main navigation and select Failed SMS.
- Your Failed SMS list provides a list of messages that were not mapped to a contact.
- To assign an SMS manually, click the gear icon associated with the message and select assign SMS log.
- View a list of contacts matched via the Senders Mobile Number or Search for other contacts to map the SMS to.
