Integrate Quickbooks Account

  1. Click on the arrow located to the right of your username.
  2. Select Update Profile.
  3. Go to QuickBooks on the navigation and click “Connect to QuickBooks”. Important Note: Make sure that you are logged in to your QBO Account to start the authentication process.


 

The QuickBooks Authentication Process for Franchisee’s will include syncing the following information: 

  1. Inventory and Service Sync – Inventory (Products) and Services in FranchiseSoft is mapped to the same Products and Services in your QBO Account.
  2. Tax Settings – Not required but users have the option of adding in tax as a line item in QBO. 
  3. Invoice Status – Map Invoice Statuses that lets our system know which Invoices from FranchiseSoft will be pushing to QBO. 
  4. Invoice Number Mapping – Not required. Gives users the option to create custom fields in QB and map that to FranchiseSoft to show Invoice Numbers for reference.
