Integrate Quickbooks Account

- Click on the arrow located to the right of your username.
- Select Update Profile.
- Go to QuickBooks on the navigation and click “Connect to QuickBooks”. Important Note: Make sure that you are logged in to your QBO Account to start the authentication process.
The QuickBooks Authentication Process for Franchisee’s will include syncing the following information:
- Inventory and Service Sync – Inventory (Products) and Services in FranchiseSoft is mapped to the same Products and Services in your QBO Account.
- Tax Settings – Not required but users have the option of adding in tax as a line item in QBO.
- Invoice Status – Map Invoice Statuses that lets our system know which Invoices from FranchiseSoft will be pushing to QBO.
- Invoice Number Mapping – Not required. Gives users the option to create custom fields in QB and map that to FranchiseSoft to show Invoice Numbers for reference.
