Set Up a Twilio Account

  1. Visit the Twilio Website at https:// twilio.com.
  2. Click on Sign Up at the top right-hand corner.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to create an account.
  4. You will need the following information to link your Twilio Account to FranchiseSoft:



  5. Follow these steps to locate your Account SIC and Auth Token:
  6. Login to your Twilio Account.
  7. Go to Settings and click on General.
  8. Copy Account SID and Auth Token and paste it under your Twilio Details in FranchiseSoft
