FranchiseSoft is integrated with Twilio to provide our customer with top-notch SMS Capabilities. Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service (CPaaS) that makes sending and receiving SMS easy, track delivery status and increase message delivery rates.
All users who are interested in utilizing the SMS Functionality for Campaigns or one-on-one communications are required to purchase an account with Twilio. Twilio has simple and flexible pricing options. Only pay for what you use with their ‘Pay-as-you-Go” option with prices starting as low as $0.75 to send or receive a text message and $0.85/min to receive and $0.13/min to make a call using their Programmable Voice Option.
