What is the Mail Magnet?

Would you like to send an e-mail on-the-go but do not have time to login to your FranchiseSoft account? Not a problem! Our mail-magnet functionality allows you to send an email from your tablet or mobile device and that email tracked and recorded within FranchiseSoft.
Each FranchiseSoft user is provided with their own mail-magnet email address, located in the user profile section. This email must be Bcc’d in emails sent outside of FranchiseSoft for the communication to be pulled into the system and tracked against the contacts record.
