How does the Mail Magnet work?

The mail magnet does several things, listed below:
1. All emails sent OUT of FranchiseSoft are always tracked by the system
2. If you use an external client (Outlook) and set it to always BCC then everything you send is also tracked. If you are sending an email from your phone, we recommend saving a contact called "save this email" with the provided FranchiseSoft email address. Even if you do not do this and the lead replies to the email, the entire conversation will come back into FranchiseSoft.
3. The mail magnet is set up on an individual basis. All users have their own magnet.
4. FranchiseSoft allows you to whitelist "From" email IDs. This way, even if you use multiple email IDs, and set your client to BCC everything it will prevent random emails from being synced to FranchiseSoft.
