How Do Time Zones Work with My Leads?

When leads are parsed into the system, FranchiseSoft checks to see if a lead owner is assigned to it. If yes, then the time zone is set to the lead owners time zone. If there is not someone assigned to the lead, the time zone will default to that of the franchisor admin. If a lead is manually entered, FranchiseSoft will set the timezone to that of the user creating the lead.
