Import Lead Statuses

  1. Navigate to the admin menu on the left-hand side.
  2. Choose master data from the menu.
  3. When you get the screen with all of the options for master data click on lead status - it will appear in the middle of the middle row.



  4. This will open your list of current lead statuses.



  5. To import a list of new lead sources, click the green “Import” button in the top right-hand corner.
  6. An import window will appear.



  7. Ensure that the dropdown menu for select import data type shows lead status.
  8. Click the green download CSV button to download a CSV file with all of the appropriate columns.
  9. There will be a row of sample data in the spreadsheet. Delete this information before saving the file.
  10. Once you have completed entering data in the CSV file you should save that CSV file and then upload the file by clicking on the blue select file button on the screen.
  11. Click the green submit button to have the system upload and check your data.
  12. On the screen you will see a preview of your data. Please note the right-hand column for any error messages if there are error messages you will not be able to upload your file.
  13. If there are no errors in your file click the green submit button in the bottom right hand corner.
  14. A confirmation window will pop up asking if you are sure you want to import this data.
  15. Click yes if you want to move forward or no if you want to go back and check your data again.
