FDD Report

1. You can access ithe FDD Report from the Reports section of the main navigation on the left hand side.
2. Next select sales and then choose FDD Report.
3. This will bring you over to the page with your FDDs and your FDD report.
   
   
   
   
4. At the top of the screen you can choose the number of records that display per page.
5. There is also the option to export this report t o a csv file.
6. The report will allow you to apply filters just like the lead list and you can also adjust the columns.
7. You can apply a keyword search feature for within this report.
8. There is also search by document status. This would allow you to view all download or signed or sent or opened
9. In the actual report itself you can see the document name in case you have a multiple different versions of FDDs.
10. For any FDDs that have been downloaded and signed, you can click on the gear icon to  the rigt and print the receipt page.
