Email Notifications for Corporate Dashboard Widgets

When creating a new widget for your corporate dashboard you can select to send a notification to your users that there is a new widget to see.

1. From the widget creation screen check the box that asks if you want to send notification to the users you have chosen to display the widget to, either franchisor, franchise or both.
   
   
   

What the content of that notification to my users?

1. To review and/or edit the content of this notification email scroll down the left menu to the Admin menu.
2. Next choose e-mail and SMS and then system e-mail templates.
3. On the next screen, click the other tab and then select home widget notification for corporate user or franchisee depending on which one I want to review or edit.
   
   
   
   
4. As default the template title for the subject is exactly as it seems.
5. Next you have the option to edit the body of the email notification, including adding placeholders which will appear near the bottom.
6. Click submit to save your work.
