Email & SMS Campaign Reports

1. To access your campaign reports in FranchiseSoft navigate to the marketing menu and then choose campaigns.
2. Please note that at the top of this screen there is a drop down that will allow you to see either email or SMS campaigns.
3. When you click on the sent campaigns tab, you will see all of the campaigns you have sent out.
4. The report will contain the following information for each campaign:
   - The audience - the total list of contacts on the list to receive this email.
   - The number of sent emails (audience less the bounced contacts).
   - The number of bounced email addresses.
   - The open rate as a percentage as well as a number.
   - The bounce rate as a percentage.
   - The CTR (click through rate).

This information will be available for both single campaigns as well as drip campaigns.

Please note that the SMS campaign reports will not show bounces or click through rate but they will display failed sms messages.
