Creating Ticket Statuses

The ticket system allows you to customize your ticket statuses to indicate the stage in the process or completeness of managing that ticket.

  1. To access this option on the admin menu scroll down to operations.
  2. Then select support and then ticket status.
  3. Clicking on ticket status will bring us to a list of our current ticket statuses.
  4. If you want to add a new ticket status click on green add new button in the upper right hand corner.
  5. You can give the status a colour code to help easily identify the ticket status visually on your ticket list.
  6. You can also choose whether I want this to be a start status or end status, and then one more step further if want to include it in my notification count
  7. Once you are happy with the settings for this new ticket status click submit to save your work.
