Creating Ticket Priorities

Noting or changing the priorities of your tickets in FranchiseSoft will allow you to see which tickets need to be managed faster.


  1. To set ticket priorities, navigate to Admin section section of the database, and choose Operations.
  2. Next click support and then ticket priorities.
  3. This will bring you to the screen which will display your current ticket priorities.
  4. To add a new ticket priority click the green button in the top right corner.
  5. Once you are done adding the new priority name, click submit to save your work.
