Create a Franchisor Email Template Category

Many brands use e-mail template categories to group the types of emails that they want to build templates for. For instance, you might have a category for your templates for all of your holiday emails, or emails that you send out for your new leads, drip campaigns etc.

 

1. Go to the Admin menu.
2. Then choose E-mail or SMS and then Franchisor E-mail Template Category.
3. This will display a list of your current Franchisor E-mail Template Categories
4. To create a new category, go to the upper right and click the green button Create Category.
5. On the next screen you will name the new category – preferably something simple and straightforward.
6. Hit the green submit button to save this new category.
