Widget Notifications

When creating a new widget for the Corporate Dashboard you can choose to send notifications to users advising them of the new widget.

1. If you choose to add the widget for Franchisor users the check box will display for you to send notification to all corporate users.
2. If you choose to add the widget for Franchisee users the check box will display for you to send notification to all franchisees users.
3. If you choose to add the widget for both Franchisor and Franchisee users two check boxes will display for you to send notification to all franchisees or all corporate users – you can check off both boxes to have all users receive a notification.
   
   
   
   
4. Email templates for these notifications have also been added to FranchiseSoft.

To edit these templates:

1. Navigate to Admin on the main menu. Choose Email/SMS.
2. Select System Email Templates.
3. From the Select Template For: dropdown choose either Home Widget Notification to Corporate User or Home Widget Notification to Franchisee.
