What is the Job Scheduler?

This is FranchiseSoft’s Field Service Management Module to help keep track of leads, customers, schedule and assign jobs with ease at all levels: The Franchisor, the Franchisee, and the Field Representatives. 

The Job Scheduler has scheduling capabilities to create new jobs and assign jobs from any device to field representatives. Easily monitor availability through calendar view of all field representatives and assign and reassign based on client and field representative availability. Assign jobs using a centralized call center or through the franchisee right to the field representatives.


Below is a list of components tied to your Job Scheduler:

Quote Type - The type of service/s that you provide. Commonly used when taking a request for service from a potential customer, as well as, an existing customer. 

Quote Status - Customizable statuses that are tied to a Quote Type which allows you to keep track of the progress of a Quote Request. Example: Pending, Accepted, Declined.

Job Type - The type of service/s that you provide. Commonly used when scheduling or booking a service for a new customer, as well as, an existing customer. 

Job Status - Customizable statuses that are tied to a Job Type which allows you to keep track of the progress of a Job. Example: Created, In Progress, Completed, Canceled.

Job’s Schedule Status - Customizable statuses that are tied to a Job’s Schedule. It allows you to keep track of the progress of a schedule. Example: Assigned or Unassigned.
