Reset Your Password

You may wish to change your password for accessing FranchiseSoft from the password set for your during your implementation or at any point in the future for security purposes.
- Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen where you will see your name/user name.
- Click on the arrow to the right of your name to reveal the dropdown menu and from the menu select update profile.
- On the Manage Profile screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page and in the second last row you will see password and confirm password fields.
- Type over the existing password and then repeat the same password in the confirm password field.
- Click the green submit button in the bottom right corner of the screen to save your changes.
