Create Training Questions

This functionality is only available for franchisors.

Training questions can be used in training courses or modules two allow you to quiz or test your trainee’s knowledge.

1. Open the Admin menu on the left-hand side.
2. Select Operations and then select Training.
3. Click on Training Question this will display all of your current training questions.
4. Click the green add new button in the upper right-hand corner.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the question text - this is what your trainee will see on the quiz.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose a question group - these will be the training content groups you previously created.
7. Next you will choose a question type. There are a number of options for question type:
   Text - an open text box
   Radio - this will allow up to four options to be selected from
   File - allows the ability to upload a file
   Select box - trainee can choose from a dropdown list
   Text area - a limited text field
   Date - trainees can enter a date
   Rating - allows a scale to be created for rating of 1 to 5 or 1 to 10
   Check box - trainee will check the correct answer
8. Depending on which option you choose enter the choices and then enter the correct answer.
9. Click submit to save your question.
10. Repeat this process for all questions you wish to create.
