Add a New Corporate User

A Corporate User is one who will have access to FranchiseSoft working on behalf of the franchisor.
If you would like to import a list of Corporate Users, please see How to Import Corporate Users.
- Navigate to Directory on the left hand menu and on the dropdown menu choose Corporate User.
- This will open the current list of Corporate Users. In the top right-hand corner click the green button “add new”
- A new contact screen will appear. Please note the following details are mandatory (they are marked with an asterisk).
first name,
last name,
email,
phone, and
time zone - Complete entering data for this contact
- Be sure to check off the box for Contact can login if this user will have access to FranchiseSoft.
- At the bottom of the screen click “Save and Next” to go to the additional details tab and or the custom details tab.
OR
Click “Save & Close” to close this contact.
