Add a New Corporate User

A Corporate User is one who will have access to FranchiseSoft working on behalf of the franchisor.

If you would like to import a list of Corporate Users, please see How to Import Corporate Users.

  1. Navigate to Directory on the left hand menu and on the dropdown menu choose Corporate User.
  2. This will open the current list of Corporate Users. In the top right-hand corner click the green button “add new”
  3. A new contact screen will appear. Please note the following details are mandatory (they are marked with an asterisk).
    first name,
    last name,
    email,
    phone, and
    time zone


  4. Complete entering data for this contact
  5. Be sure to check off the box for Contact can login if this user will have access to FranchiseSoft.


  6. At the bottom of the screen click “Save and Next” to go to the additional details tab and or the custom details tab.
    OR
    Click “Save & Close” to close this contact.
