Import Lead Statuses

  1. Click Admin on the main navigation and select Master Data. 
  2. Click on Lead Status. 



  3. Click the green Import button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Click to Download the CSV file.



  5. Enter a Lead Status and Sequence for each lead status to be imported. A status type can be applied for a Positive (Won) or Negative (Lost) step. 
  6. Save the CSV file.
  7. Back in FranchiseSoft, click the blue select file button to attach your file.
  8. Click the green submit button to import your lead status CSV file.
  9. The data will appear below in preview.
  10. If there are any errors in the data, they will appear in the right-hand column. Data cannot be imported with errors.
  11. If there are no errors, click Submit in the bottom right-hand corner to import your Lead Statuses.
