Import Lead Statuses

- Click Admin on the main navigation and select Master Data.
- Click on Lead Status.
- Click the green Import button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click to Download the CSV file.
- Enter a Lead Status and Sequence for each lead status to be imported. A status type can be applied for a Positive (Won) or Negative (Lost) step.
- Save the CSV file.
- Back in FranchiseSoft, click the blue select file button to attach your file.
- Click the green submit button to import your lead status CSV file.
- The data will appear below in preview.
- If there are any errors in the data, they will appear in the right-hand column. Data cannot be imported with errors.
- If there are no errors, click Submit in the bottom right-hand corner to import your Lead Statuses.
