View Failed Leads

Sometimes leads will not parse into your FranchiseSoft properly, when this happens they appear as failed leads. To view your failed leads follow the steps below.

  1. Click on Admin on the main navigation and select Data Migration. 
  2. Select Failed Leads from the menu. 



  3. Leads that fail to parse for any reason will be recorded here. 
  4. Click the gear icon associated with a record for a list of action items:



    Edit – You can edit the record and manually push the leads record to the lead list.
    Merge – You can merge newly submitted data with an existing leads data on your lead list.
    Delete – Remove from you Failed Leads List.
