View Failed Leads

Sometimes leads will not parse into your FranchiseSoft properly, when this happens they appear as failed leads. To view your failed leads follow the steps below.
- Click on Admin on the main navigation and select Data Migration.
- Select Failed Leads from the menu.
- Leads that fail to parse for any reason will be recorded here.
- Click the gear icon associated with a record for a list of action items:
Edit – You can edit the record and manually push the leads record to the lead list.
Merge – You can merge newly submitted data with an existing leads data on your lead list.
Delete – Remove from you Failed Leads List.
