Add a New Contact

This will let you create a new basic contact, vendor, employee, broker or area rep user.
This process will allow you to manually enter a new contact. If you would like to import a list of contacts, please see “How to Import a List of Contacts”
- Navigate to Directory on the left hand menu and on the dropdown menu choose Basic Contact, Broker, Vendor, Employee or Area Rep User.
- This will open the current list of contacts in FranchiseSoft for that contact type. In the top right-hand corner click the green button “add new”
- A new contact screen will appear. Please note the following details may be mandatory (they are marked with an asterisk):
first name,
last name,
email,
phone, and
time zone
- Complete entering data for this contact.
- At the bottom of the screen click “Save and Next” to go to the additional details tab and or the custom details tab
OR
Click “Save & Close” to close this contact
